IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MEMBERSHIPS

Please read this post through completely as all the necessary steps and troubleshooting are outlined- this will not need to be done every year - JUST ONCE


With the website changes all members were moved over so that dues carried over appropriately. In order for everyone to continue with their membership, we have to "cancel" these subscriptions when they expire and you will have to register so that you are a member in the new system. If you have already paid through the new website please do not worry.

Log into your CAET account and go to "My Membership" tab

It will state that your account is cancelled - please press "Buy New Subscription"

Please choose the plan that is appropriate to you and fill out the required information

It will then prompt you to insert your payment information - this is how we will be taking membership payments moving forward

Please note that at any time you are able to cancel your subscription by accessing "My Membership" under your account tab and selecting "Cancel Subscription". You will have access to your membership perks and benefits until the membership expires even if you cancel your membership

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If your membership has been cancelled and when you try to renew it you receive an error that says: "You've already purchased this plan" - you will have to clear your cache and try again


If it says the widget is not working you may have to try another way (some people can't do it on a laptop but can on mobile and vice versa)


For some what browser you're using matters as well. Try other browsers and using an incognito window
